I have just 700-1000 words to motivate your ass to get out of your house and make it happen. To start, what’s the purpose of you leaving the house? Gym? Work? Business meeting? Sales? Shopping? For whatever reason you need to leave your house, it’s important to know not leaving your house is unacceptable.
If you want to personally develop yourself for the best, you’re going to have to start deciding to commit to following through. Nothing less. In order to push through and get that win of leaving your house, you have to understand deep within why you absolutely have to leave your house. Staying at home for too long is a reverie for hell. Depression is the leading cause in my head for someone wanting to stay at home often. You’re burnt, mentally and physically, and you don’t want to deal with the world.
Leaving your house to get to the gym or meet with a friend means way too much. You start to think of the ways you will feel when you are out and about. It seems too overwhelming. Sound familiar? With depression on the rise, I can almost assure you that you felt this way at one point in your life. Perhaps it’s still living inside you. I’m here with you. I feel you, and I want what’s best for you so I will continue to fight the battle together with you.
Although you don’t already know this, that feeling goes away. When you start to force yourself out of the house and start to “just make it” to your destination outside the house, you start to put wins under your belt. Depending on how deep in your depression you are in, the strength of your weakness from being at your destination will be different. For many, when you are at the gym, meeting or wherever you are going, it’s as simple of self-talk and motivation to have an amazing experience. The more you get out, the more you begin to love it and the better it feels.
Also, it starts to get less challenging to get out of the house. Home based businesses and online entrepreneurs are starting to tell me they are feeling this way more and more. Do you have lower back or muscle pain? Research for yourself how depression can cause this. When you are miserable, it changes everything inside your body. So what do we do? How do we fix this? We work on you. Hence, what I blog about. Personal development. Each and every day, we win.
We put small to large wins under our belt until we gain control back of our emotions and mind. The more you do this, the easier it gets. We start to form habits. Habits are things we do blindly. Yes, believe it or not, blindly. You can live the life of happiness. In order to get this, you better be willing to work on your mind. It’s the central unit that controls everything you do and think.
I want you to learn how to control that processor. Homework, today I want you to win this battle of dropping the excuses of not getting out of the house and go for a walk. Go for a jog. Get to the gym. Go to a friends house. Sir at a coffee shop. Watch how it changes your day. Reading this and not acting will mean a waste of your time.
